Working alongside the customer we created a fully aluminium bench seat,

This seat is going into their boat, so it couldn’t have any mild steel.

Produced this simple
Bracket today for a motorcycle build,
I used 4043 aluminium Tig filler rod, and 45amp at the pedal,

Once the puddle was formed I backed off the amps so I didn’t cook the work.

We was asked to make a wall bracket for a young boxer, so this is what we threw together, the main frame has 3 welding runs for strength,

The side supports only have one as it’s not structural.
