This client provided a design sketch to determine the feasibility of translating their concept into custom steelwork.

Following a consultative review, we applied our technical expertise to alter some dimensions and commenced production. 🫡🫡

The twin handrail was fabricated and installed in-house to the client's exact specifications & time frame, finished in a high-gloss black powder coat.

The installation will be finalized by the customer securing the oak handrails to the pre-drilled and countersunk flat bars we fabricated ready for this process.

This modernised side gate was fabricated and installed to perfectly meet the customer's expectations, providing complete privacy for the rear garden. ✨️✨️

Entirely galvanised to gain 50+ years rust prevention finished off in matt black to give brilliant contrast against the dark oak composite boards 👌👌

🔧 Subframe Repair & Restoration 🔧

This subframe had suffered some serious corrosion, with sections of the original metal completely rotted away.

Rather than simply plating over the damage, the rotten areas were cut back to solid metal, new sections fabricated and carefully welded into place. 🔥🔥

✅ Rotten metal removed
✅ New sections fabricated
✅ Fully welded and reinforced
✅ Orbital finish ready for powder coating.

Mountain bike back on two wheels after some serious structural surgery 🚲💨

Aluminum frames are notoriously tricky to work with because of how they handle heat, but we ground back the paint, prepped the joints, and laid down some clean, heavy TIG welds to mend the breaks at the seat stay junction and rear dropout area.
