We’re looking for a CNC Operative to join the team at Arolco.

This is a hands-on manufacturing role involving operating CNC machinery, reading engineering drawings, producing precision components, and carrying out quality checks to ensure high standards are met.

We are looking for someone with an interest in engineering and manufacturing. Previous CNC experience is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.

Freshly finished and ready for dispatch 😎😎⭐⭐

Arolco Engineering recently completed a job for a repeat customer in the waste sector, involving the full in-house manufacture of a new, fully assembled head drum.

The drum had a 220mm diameter body with a 2950mm face, paired with a 70mm diameter shaft measuring a whopping 3645mm in length.

The head drum was finished with the addition of 10mm radial thick hot vulcanised rubber lagging (240mm finish), also incorporating a diamond groove pattern to suit our customers line of work easily done by our XL Grinder/Groover machine

We would like to welcome our newest member Arnold to the Arolco team ⭐⭐⭐

Unfortunately we have had to sell our forklifts due to the rising fuel prices but Arnold has told us he is quite good at heavy lifting and has stated "I'll be back... to do my manual handling training after lunch".
