Alex Alex Godfrey had his Odyssey in for its annual service and MOT.
A quick check over revealed a blown bottom ball joint, radiator cap failure and worn out rear pads.
This car does some mileage so wasn’t surprised in the worn parts. Nearly 20,000 miles since last years MOT.
Oil service and new coolant.

Ann’s Delsol SIR was back for its annual service.
It’s also been 6 years since the last camblet change, so we also supplied and fitted a Genuine one.
This car is very well looked after and doesn’t cover many miles. But it still gets all the parts it needs at the correct intervals.
While we were checking the car over, we noticed the top coolant pipe had started to balloon, so fitted a silicon hose we had in stock.

Proper fiddly job fitting these in 🙈
Rear brakes binding, pads were sticking in the pad shims, removed pads and shims, cleaned back and refitted.
Washer pump inoperative. New one fitted and lines/jets cleaned out.

Matthews’s EP3 was in for its annual service and MOT.
Oil, oil filter, pollen and air filter this year.
New wiper blades
The car was suffering the battery going got in just a few days. So a quick test and it was showing to be bad.
We supplied and fitted a new battery.
The car failed MOT on a sticky rear caliper. We carry piston/seal kits in stock. So we took care of that and got the MOT retest sorted.

Steve’s FK8 was in for an oil service and check over.
He also asked if we could supply and fit a valved exhaust system for him.
We looked around and found the TopGear one that was in budget.
So we bought that one in and fitted. Few small tweaks to make it fit perfectly. But a very well made system.

Drhu’s EP3 was in for a new genuine Honda front mount.
We checked the rear mount while it was on the ramp, and that was worse than the front 🤦‍♂️
We had a good used mount in stock so fitted that.
Worn mounts cause juddering, harsh gear changes so always good to keep them in check.

Ok it’s not Honda. It’s a Fiat Panda 🐼
When the customer comes to collect his car, but the car bringing him down was making some strange noises.
We took a quick look to find the pads were completely gone.
We couldn’t let them leave with a dangerous car, so we took care of it and fitted new discs and pads.
These should have been picked up on the last MOT, as the car doesn’t do many miles at all.
They weren’t seized, the caliper and sliders were both free.
All sorted and a happy customer twice in the same visit. 😅
