Hey guys, still not any closer as to knowing what is happening with the fitness industry being held in person yet, but I hope u are all staying safe and keeping well

If anyone needs a chat about anything just know I'm always here to lend an ear

If u havent already purchased your online Rika Pass then why not? U can have your fix of Rika at home at a time convenient to you as all classes are in a library. It is very easy to navigate your way through, but again I'm always here if any questions!!

U don't need to have all the equipment at hand if you don't have a rebounder there are plenty of other classes that require no or minimal equipment

Ask those who have already purchased a pass if you don't believe me yourself!!

Hi guys, it comes with a heavy heart that it will be our last class Tomoz as our venue will be closed due to the corona virus. I am saddened to be writing this and not get to give u all the beastin u deserve and need lol 🤣😊

Hopefully this pandemic wont last as long as they say and we will be able to return to normal as soon as possible. 😀

But......

So that you can all still have your rika fix, and not get too bored stayin at home, we have an option for you to pay £29.99 a month and be able to do our classes online until we are able to do them in person. We are not doing them live due to lagging, so you can log on at a time suitable for u and do them at home.

If need be I can loan you a trampoline (form needs to be filled so if broken or damaged the lender will be responsible for replacing)

You can also purchase bands from myself
At £2.50 each which will be yours to keep

I will not be loaning out dumb bells but by all means you can purchase a set yourself or I do have amazon prime which I can order you a set to your home for the amount of order.

Also this is a fantastic way to keep your kids entertained over the next 4 wks either watching or taking part 🤣🤣

Hi guys as you all know I'm a rikashake instructor, as an annual thing we now have an awards night with our members to represent all our hard work.
