Project Showcase: East Parade, Leeds

At Fatra UK, we pride ourselves on delivering more than just roofing solutions — we provide hands-on support throughout every stage of a project. Our involvement with Premier Roofing & Building Services (Leeds) Ltd at East Parade is a great example of how we work closely with installers and contractors to ensure the best outcome from specification through to completion.
📅 Project Journey
Early Engagement & Specification Support
Our involvement began in March 2025, when our technical team was engaged to produce a J42 specification for this 450sqm project in the heart of Leeds. Our FF810 mechanically fixed, reinforced membrane was proposed.
Technical Collaboration on Site
Following the commencement of works in January 2026, our Technical Consultant visited site. During this visit, key installation details were reviewed and agreed, including the correct fixing centres and pull out tests on a cement board substrate. The on-site testing, in conjunction with our fixing supplier, concluded that a combination of fixings were required to fix both through the cement board and also into the structural purlin. This collaborative approach ensures that all elements are aligned with best practice and project requirements.
Ongoing Assessment & Testing
To maintain quality and performance standards, a sample of the cement board was collected for testing during a planned progress visit on 9th February. This step reinforces Fatra UK’s commitment to validating materials and ensuring long-term system integrity.
Progress Monitoring
30th March, our technician carried out a second progress visit, providing an opportunity to assess installation quality, advise on detail work and ensure the project remained on track.
Final Inspection & Reporting
The process concluded with a detailed roof inspection report submitted on 21st April, providing a comprehensive, documented review of the completed works and confirming compliance with Fatra UK's installation requirements.
