🔧 MAKITA 18V 2ND FIX PIN GUN — NO POWER, NO PROBLEM! 🔵

This 18V 2nd fix pin gun came into the workshop struggling to fire. It had next to no power and was only driving the pins around ¼ of the way in! 😬

We stripped it down and gave it a proper service.

🔧 Full strip-down
🧼 Cleaned up
🛠️ New seals fitted
🛢️ Fresh grease
✅ Reassembled and tested

And just like that, job done! 💪 The pin gun is back firing properly and ready to get back on site.

🔧⚡ DEWALT 54V PADDLE MIXER — COMPLETELY DEAD! 🟡⚫

This one came into The Tool Medic with absolutely no life in it! 😬

After stripping it down and diagnosing the fault, it turned out this mixer needed some serious attention.

The culprit? A failed stator and faulty electronics! 💥

We got the replacement parts in, fitted a whole new stator and electronics, put it all back together and tested it.

💪 Now it’s back up and mixing, ready to earn its keep on site again!

🔧 FESTOOL TS 55 REBQ — BLADE WOBBLE SORTED! 🟢

This TS 55 REBQ came into the workshop with some serious blade wobble! 😬

After stripping it down and investigating the fault, we found the culprit — the bearing had completely collapsed! 💥

We fitted a new bearing, got everything back together and tested it. Now it’s running as it should again! 💪

✅ Fault diagnosed
✅ Collapsed bearing replaced
✅ Reassembled and tested
✅ Back to cutting properly!

Another tool saved from the scrap pile and back where it belongs — on the job earning its keep! 👊
