🔧 MAKITA 18V CIRCULAR SAW — NO POWER! ⚡

This one came in with absolutely no life in it. No power, no spinning, nothing. 😴

We checked the usual suspects:
🔍 Brushes — fine
🔍 Switch — fine
🔍 Motor — fine

Turns out it was the speed controller that had failed — a known/common fault on these saws.

A new controller fitted, everything tested and this Makita is BACK TO CUTTING! 🔥🪚

Another one diagnosed, repaired and saved from the scrap pile. ♻️

🔧 WHEN A CHUCK JUST WON’T COME OFF… GET THE CUTTER OUT! 😂

Sometimes a chuck is too stubborn to remove normally, so there’s only one thing left to do… 🔥

This Makita came in needing a new chuck, but the old one wasn’t playing ball.

🪚 Old chuck cut off
🔧 New chuck fitted
⚙️ Fully tested

And just like that, it’s back to doing what it does best! 💪

Not every repair is as simple as “just change the chuck” — sometimes you’ve got to get the tools out to remove the tools! 😂
