📣 PROJECT ANNOUNCEMENT 📢
A huge step forward for B*H Services Kent Ltd and one we’re genuinely proud of.
Over the past few months we’ve taken on one of our biggest investments to date — expanding our machining capability with the installation of a brand-new sliding head lathe to support a major contract win.
This wasn’t just a simple drop-in installation. To do it properly, we stripped everything back:
🔹 Demolished the old office and storeroom
🔹 Laid a new, thicker, perfectly level concrete pad
🔹 Installed 100 mm insulation to stabilise temperatures and ensure absolute consistency in high-precision production
🔹 Upgraded all electrics and lighting
🔹 Widened the access door just to get the machine positioned exactly where it needed to be
🔹 Installed a dedicated compressor so we can run the machine lights-out, efficiently and reliably
All of this work was done with one goal in mind:
To deliver 2,000,000 precision components — on time, to spec, and at the quality our customers expect from us.
This project has been challenging, exciting, and a brilliant reminder of what can be achieved when you commit fully to progress.
