๐ฃ A little insight into a busy day at Invicta Tyres
Weโve had one of those days today! ๐
We wanted to take a moment to explain something that customers donโt always get to see when visiting our depot.
Today weโve been exceptionally busy, and unfortunately we were also unexpectedly down one member of our team due to medical reasons. Despite this, our team have worked hard throughout the day to get through as many customers as possible.
๐ง We operate on a first come, first served basis, and we always work through the queue as fairly and efficiently as we can.
๐ Something else worth mentioningโฆ not seeing a vehicle having its wheels changed doesnโt mean the workshop isnโt busy!
We regularly have customers bringing loose wheels into us for tyre fitting, puncture repairs and other work, alongside the vehicles coming into the depot. A lot of this work simply isn't visible from the waiting area.
And whilst busy days can sometimes mean longer than usual waiting times, there is a positive side to itโฆ
โค๏ธ Weโre incredibly grateful to be so busy and to have the continued trust and support of our local customers.
After all, we've been looking after motorists in Canterbury and the surrounding area for many years, and we don't take that loyalty for granted.
