WE’RE HIRING – QUALIFIED WELDER FABRICATOR

Clarkes Solutions are expanding and looking for a qualified Welder Fabricator to join our team.

We specialise in shipping container sales, fabrication, and conversions, and the role will involve working within our container yard and fabrication area, carrying out structural modifications and fabrication work on containers.

The Role

• Welding and fabrication work on shipping containers
• Cutting and installing doors, windows, and structural steel
• General container modifications and conversions
• Working within a busy container yard environment
• Supporting fabrication and build projects

Requirements

• Must be a qualified welder fabricator
• Experience with MIG welding and steel fabrication
• Ability to read drawings and fabricate accurately
• Practical, reliable, and able to work as part of a team

Advantageous Skills

• A counterbalance forklift licence would be advantageous, although this is not essential
• Experience working with steel structures or container conversions is beneficial

Location

Based at our shipping container yard and workshop.

WE’RE HIRING – SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Clarkes Solutions are looking for a Sales Representative to join our growing team.

This role will involve selling shipping containers, container conversions, and related services to commercial and private customers.

The position will primarily be office-based at our shipping container yard, with customer communication via phone, email, and enquiries generated online.

The Role
• Handling customer enquiries and sales leads
• Quoting customers for containers and conversion projects
• Building relationships with new and existing clients
• Following up enquiries and converting leads into sales
• Working closely with the operations team

Requirements
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confident speaking with customers and handling enquiries
• Sales experience preferred but not essential
• Organised and self-motivated
• Interest in construction, fabrication, or container products is beneficial

Location

Based in our office, near Norton Canes.
