We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive, hard working person to join our busy trade counter team at our branch in Little Paxton.

This is a full-time position and the working week is Monday - Friday 07:30 - 17:00 (** Lunch break**) and will include alternate Saturdays 08:00 - 12:30hrs.

Customer Service is one of the most important parts of this job as you are dealing with customer orders and enquiries both on the phone and face to face at the trade counter. It will also involve re-stocking our showroom and keeping it in good condition. It is a busy and fast paced environment and you will need to have a flexible 'can do' attitude to work.

You will also be required to do Yard work to ensure the smooth running of this area

· Possess excellent customer service.

You must be a good team player and be happy to turn your hand to many different tasks as no two days are the same!

We offer full training and Level 2 NVQ opportunities in Hire and Rental Operations after a probationary period to the right applicant

To be considered for this position you will also need to be polite, presentable, numerate and literate.

There are good opportunities for career progression within the company once you are fully trained and have gained sufficient experience and knowledge of the business.

ELECTRICAL WORKSHOP TECHNICIAN required to be based and working at both Biggleswade & Little Paxton. We require an enthusiastic, practical & pro-active engineer. This is a workshop-based role, with the primary function to clean, Inspect maintain and repair a very broad range of electrical hire tools and lighting. This is a full-time position and the working week is Monday - Friday 07:30 - 17:00 and will include alternate Saturdays 08:00 - 12:30hrs

Your responsibilities will include:
Cleaning and maintaining the presentation of equipment.
Inspecting and testing returning hire equipment.
PAT Testing.
Repairing of electrical tools.
Taking an active role in stock checks and ensuring the parts required for your section are correctly consumed and stocked.
Day to day management of the Electrical Dept

Qualifications
Proven experience as an Electrical Technician or similar role within industrial or manufacturing settings.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to diagnostics and repairs.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
Customer service orientation with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
Relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering are preferred.
