A final drive in this 1954 Bentley R Type drophead coupe by Graber we recently supplied, prior to the imminent restoration of its coachwork, which will include a change of colour. We will keep you posted with an update or two during the process of these works.

That’s all for this week, so its time to wish you a good weekend and happy driving.

This weekends wheels, a 2012 Bentley Mulsanne, a model I have long admired in terms of its appearance but also now really appreciate in terms of its driving performance. A beautiful car in every respect and highly recommended 😍

Variety is the spice of life and the range of cars I have driven this week has been diverse to say the least, covering just about every decade from the 1920s to the 2020s.

I have finished the week off in (a modernish) style in this Rolls-Royce Phantom Coupe that has been with our team for evaluation and then preparation for touring across continental Europe this summer. It is finished in darkest tungsten with powder blue leather, and very nice it was too.

Have a good weekend and happy driving.

I swopped the banks of Lake Como last weekend for a trip to the (almost as beautiful) Brentford Riviera on Thursday evening to visit the new showrooms belonging to and it was well worth the trip. Well done Merlin, Algie and Lance, the place is beautiful and packed with interesting cars. It’s well worth a visit if you haven’t already been.

We were based nearby in Brentford for many years so I finished the evening with a quick trip down both Harlequin Avenue and memory lane to see our old building at number 125. It was looking a bit scruffy around the edges some years on, with little evidence of our previous time there. The only sign of it being our former home (quite literally) was our old workshop sign still just about hanging in place.

It was a great evening but onwards and upwards, with an exciting new chapter in the company’s history about to begin. More on that soon.
