New Project Kick-off: Premium Hotel Restaurant near Hyde Park! 🏨✨*

We are thrilled to announce that our team has started work on a major restaurant expansion for a prestigious hotel near Hyde Park.

In a fast-moving construction environment, air quality and system reliability are paramount. Our multi-phase approach includes:

✅ *HVAC Health Check & Deep Clean:* Ensuring existing AC systems are fully functional and surgically clean while construction is underway.
✅ *Custom Ventilation Solutions:* Supplying and fitting new ventilation assets to support the brand-new restaurant layout.
✅ *Kitchen Extraction Upgrades:* Helping with the installation and upgrade of high-performance kitchen ventilation systems.

*Current Status:* We’ve already completed the deep clean of the AC units and successfully disassembled the kitchen supply fan. Next up? A full refurbishment and upgrade of the supply and extraction fans to ensure peak efficiency.

Old School Reliability vs. Modern Efficiency: The Battle of the Boilers! 🛠️

They don’t make them like they used to!

We’ve just finished a deep-clean service and inspection on these two Hamworthy Wessex 50 HE veterans. While modern boilers boast higher efficiency ratings on paper, these "old faithfuls" are consistently outperforming newer models when it comes to pure lifespan and rugged reliability.

Newer units are often built for the short term, but these Hamworthys—when given the right TLC—just keep on going!

What did we do to keep these beasts breathing?

✅ Full Strip-Down: We stripped down Boiler No.1 and No.2 for a forensic deep-dive inspection.

✅ Heat Exchanger Recovery: A meticulous manual clean of the internal tubes to ensure maximum heat transfer.

✅ Safety & Leak Checks: Pressure tested and inspected every seal for leaks.

✅ Precision Tuning: Final testing with a Flue Gas Analyser to ensure they are burning as cleanly and efficiently as possible.

The result? Two boilers that are primed and ready for another hard winter. ❄️🔥

The Lesson: You don’t always need to replace. Sometimes, you just need a team that knows how to maintain.
