Cylinder head refurb to include as required, a full visual inspection, disassembly, re-cut all valve faces, re-cut all seat faces, grind valve tips, pressure test for leakage, skim face to clean up the surface and remove any warping the head may have suffered. Re-assemble all the components.
if required please bring new valve guide oil seals when leaving the head with us if you are sourcing your own gasket set.

All items will be pressure washed after machining cost inc. If items brought to us need cleaning before we can proceed with machining there will be a minimum charge of £16 depending of the level required to cover labour time and consumables.
Please inform of any previous work carried out, ie if new valves guides have been fitted.

We are now able to offer a hot dip ultrasonic cleaning service. This is particularly suitable for really grubby and grimy engine components with lots of nooks and crannies making them hard to clean by any other method. Most items will be cleaned totally spotless without any chemical residue left to spoil further painting and such.
