Creating a better customer experience
Wing Mirror Man is always looking for ways to improve the customer experience. That's why we've introduced a new communication system that keeps customers updated on the status of their orders.
Customers now receive emails at every stage of the fulfilment process, including order confirmation, paint completion (if applicable), dispatch date, dispatch confirmation, and estimated delivery date.
"This new process eliminates the need for customers to contact us for order updates," said Thomas, spokesperson for Wing Mirror Man. "Customers appreciate the frequent communication and clarity regarding order timelines."
We're also shifting away from email as our primary customer communication channel. Instead, we've enhanced the Contact Us page with a 'Submit a Part Enquiry' form, prominent telephone numbers, and a Live Chat feature. Additionally, we've implemented a 'Submit a Support Ticket' system, which streamlines and expedites the handling of various inquiries.
