We currently have a vacancy for a Control Room Supervisor!

We are seeking an experienced and capable Control Room Operator / MRF Shift Supervisor to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a busy Material Recovery Facility.

This is a key supervisory position requiring someone who can confidently lead a team, monitor plant performance, manage operational priorities and work closely with the maintenance team to keep the facility running safely and efficiently.

The successful candidate will ideally have previous supervisory or management experience within a waste, recycling, manufacturing, production, or similar industrial environment.

We have both full-time and part-time positions available, offering the opportunity to work with one of the Midlands' leading independent waste management businesses.

Operating from our sites in Burton-on-Trent and Swadlincote, you'll be part of a company with more than 40 years of experience delivering waste and recycling solutions across the region. The role is varied and ideal for organised, safety-conscious individuals who take pride in delivering excellent customer service and representing a respected local brand.

**Applicants must hold a valid Category C or C+E Licence, Driver CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card.**

Previous waste industry experience is beneficial but not essential, as we're looking for people with a positive attitude, strong communication skills and a commitment to professionalism.
