We're looking for Sub-Contract or direct engineers to carry out gas central heating installs to various sites across the East and West Midlands.

Guaranteed work, excellent rates, weekly pay.
Candidate must have good customer service skills as you will be representing the company attending policy holders and customers properties and carrying out ongoing work on multiple contracts and must hold the following qualifications:
• CCN1
• CKR1
• HTR1
• CENWAT OR cen1
• CPA1

Must have previous experience and able to work within teams and be comfortable taking sole ownership of the jobs allocated to you, would consider newly qualified.

Direct or Subcontract considered.
NO AGENCIES.

Orton are looking for a Tenant Liaison Officer to act as the first point of contact for tenants with any queries regarding rewires on behalf of local authorities.

Duties will include:
• Liaising with residents in their own homes and over the phone regarding planned improvement works
• Advise residents on electrical works
• Act as the first point of contact for tenants with any queries
• Send out initial information packs and letters to all tenants
• To liaise with Contract Manager, Supervisors, admin and clients to ensure that the needs and requirements of tenants are met whilst having regard to financial constraints.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
• Excellent communicative skills
• Ability to sue technology hardware and software for the betterment of the organisation
• Professional attitude and demeanour
• Prior experience in the field of liaison
• Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced work environment
• Must hold a valid driving licence
• Experience working with tenants for Councils/Housing Associations
• Experience in electrical works desirable but not essential

We're looking for a good quality approved electrician to assist in the delivery of some key projects.

Job Description
• Carry out electrical installations to high levels of quality encouraging teams members to work to the same standards.
• Lead team of electricians and apprentices in sections of work.
• Report to supervisor daily on progress
• Read and interpret drawings identifying and reporting issues as applicable.
• Identify and report issues with design drawings
• Track daily material usage ensuring sufficient materials are in hand before they are required
• Carry out electrical testing as required.

Experience & Quals
• 18th edition qualified
• C&G test and Inspection qualification essential
• SSSTS qualification preferred
• IPAF qualification preferred
• PASMA qualification preferred
• Experience in commercial and industrial metal CMS and large scale SWA installations
• Experience on rail electrical installation would be preferred
