To complement our range of generator feed tanks, we also build generator enclosures and containers. Our aim is to provide purpose built containers to house and protect vital and valuable equipment such as generator units on site during operation. These are built to be secure and provide all of the necessary access points, doors, air flow control and noise control to ensure the generator can operate safely and securely with minimal impact on the environment. Different sizes are available to fit your requirements. Our containers can be fitted with generator feed tanks, with bulkheads, personnel and equipment doors, air vents, exhausts, silencers and internal lighting. We can customise our containers to compliment a wide range of generator sets, hybrid battery solutions and fuel supplies, we'll work with you to design your perfect solution. Manufactured to a high quality and offering exceptional value for money, these units comprise a heavy duty steel hollow section and rolled steel channel framework with 2mm profiled steel. Additional strength is gained from the 200x6mm steel plate bund and all steel floor construction. Internally the unit is lined with perforated zinc sheet over high quality mineral wool, the materials selected provide maximum sound absorption. The 3mm thick steel louvre vents are powder coated to a high quality and are manufactured as a demountable unit. This unique feature means that the louvre unit can be easily replaced without the need for any fabrication works. The shell is coated with 100microns of Zinc phosphate based industrial hard wearing paint for longevity in the field. All Doors are fitted with high and low level high quality mortice dead locks. The main end doors also comprise an additional mechanical bolting system which is operated internally. Unlike the inherent weakness in traditional type container doors these units have been designed without external locking bars so as to prevent any attachment to a vehicle which can be used to pull the doors. The Manufacture to ISO container Footprints and the use of ISO style corner blocks allows quick loading to vehicles fitted with container twist locks.
