Sometimes installing a CNC router is about more than just getting the machine through the door.

This A1A installation for Master Bedrooms in Manchester required some careful planning due to restricted access. Knowing the space available beforehand, we prepared to remove the gantry and carefully manoeuvre the machine into position.

At one point, we had around 2cm of clearance to work with.

Every site is different, which is why we take the time to plan each installation properly and find solutions when access is challenging.

Ok it’s not CNC but still very cool. What a pleasure to watch the original restored bluebird K7 start the jet engine and prepare for a run on Conniston. We didn’t get a high speed run but that didn’t dampen our day

Ever wondered why the CNC tool taps this sensor before cutting? 👀

This is the tool height setter.

It automatically measures the tool length and sets the correct Z height before machining, helping ensure accurate cutting depths and preventing costly mistakes.

Especially important on ATC CNC routers where the machine changes tools automatically during a job.
