Earlier this week, we had the pleasure of supplying and installing this colossal 6-tonne clearfloor lift.
The customer had previously purchased a lift elsewhere and found it didn’t meet their requirements. The comparison photos below help demonstrate exactly why.
When we receive an enquiry, we take the time to understand which vehicles the lift will actually be used for. From there, we recommend the most suitable solution based on the customer’s specific requirements.
There simply isn’t one lift that will comfortably accommodate everything from supercars and small hatchbacks to large, coach-built vehicles.
In this case, the customer’s existing 5.5-tonne lift was not suitable for safely lifting a 2.2-tonne Mercedes Sprinter, making it surplus to their requirements.
That’s why choosing the right lift from the outset matters. Capacity, dimensions, vehicle type and intended use all need to be considered.
