A few pictures from our first ever Dorset County Show as a company. We have put the odd banner up before but never committed to a full stand. We had a small range of our trucks and a selection of small plant on show, of which the diggers the kids could get in and play in were very popular! But who won our ballon guessing competition?! We bought 150 ballon’s and blew up nearly 140. A ‘few’ popped between my house and the show ground and we managed to get 109 into the cab of our Beavertail lorry in the middle of the stand! Out of over 100 guesses the lowest being 20 and the highest being 257! There was indeed one single exact guess of 109! By Sade Geddes that will be emailed now and gets the choice of a completely free septic tank empty and desludge OR a free weekend digger hire! And the next best guess from Simon Roberts of 110 is going to get a £100 voucher off any of our services as a runners up prize as well! Thanks so much to everyone that stopped by and had a guess! See you there next year with some more machines and Lorries and prizes! 🖤💛

BNH Trucks rolling out from a lovely weekend at the Dorset Show tonight. We all had a great time. The weather couldn’t have been better. It was lovely to meet new faces and discuss things we do and offer and chat to existing customers, suppliers and friends that we might not have seen face to face for a while! It was a lovely chance for some of our hard working staff to kick back with a beer and spend some time together outside of work. We must have had 1000 kids in our display diggers which was lovely to see (even if we did have to disconnect the horns 2 hours in to Saturday lol) And thank you to all the people (over 100 guesses!) that guessed how many black and yellow balloons were in our lorry cab! A few may have popped during the show! The figure will be the amount we put into the lorry first thing Saturday morning and we will announce the winners Monday! Thanks to everyone that helped me do something the last few days towards it. I really appreciate it! We have already decided we will do it again next year and the cogs are already in motion to make it even better!

Hi everyone! Weather is looking good for the weekend so come on down to The Dorset Show at Dorchester Showground. Pop in and see us. We have a stand at H10, but you can’t miss us, we are right next to the BAR! 😜🥳🍻 We have some diggers the kids can get in and look around, some of our trucks on display and if you guess how many ballons are in our Beavertail’s cab, and write your details on our clipboard, if you guess it right, you will be put in a draw to win either a completely free full weekends mini digger hire including haulage and fuel OR a completely free domestic household septic tank empty if you have one! Our two articulated units have been on display at Truckfest at The Bath and West Showground all weekend looking lovely this weekend! Amazing to think 1 year ago we didn’t even have an articulated lorry. But their addition has seen a nice avenue of growth in the business with only more opportunity to explore with them ahead! Lovely to have a nice Pattemore’s truck one side of us that are a very valued customer of ours and Tyres of Dorset the other side of us that are a very trusted supplier! One keeping our trucks busy and the other keeping them going! I wonder what we will have to take to next years show! Thanks to Chris B and Chris E for taking them.

Hi guys! Are there any HGV drivers out there available for a shift this Saturday?? Local job, start 7am in our yard at Buckland Newton, will have you finished by 4. Will pay 10 hour day minimum regardless. Driving a Scania tipper just hauling soil from a site in Stur to a site in Sherborne. Easy straightforward work with 4 or 5 trucks doing it together. We are sorry to any customers that have tried and failed to contact us today and cannot get through on phones and not had a reply to your email. We have no internet and no phones at all. Apparently there has been a fire nearby taking out all local Wessex Internet so we have had nothing all day with no sign of when it will be reconnected. We are trying to get to the emails and answer phone messages as best we can with the little mobile signal we have here! Thanks for bearing with us!!

Can be supplied in minimum 20 tonne load delivered within 5 miles of the Hazelbruy Bryan site it’s just £150 + VAT per load! We can do a little further away at £200 + VAT per load. When there is a WILL there is ALWAYS a way! Started off wondering if these would all go on together. But they do! And room for an extra something (if that something is less than 12 inches long) on the back! All to be delivered out this afternoon, so our customers have them ready on site for hires starting tomorrow morning and don’t have operators on site waiting for them to arrive. This eliminates the chance of traffic, a crash or a puncture preventing us getting to you on time so we will always try and deliver the afternoon before the start of the hire if possible subject to the machines being available and the site being able to accept them!
