APPRENTICESHIP OPPORTUNITY

Job description
Big Red Blacksmiths is looking for keen and hard working individual to join our team.

We work on a variety of projects and are therefore able to offer training and experience in many aspect of fabrication.

After a trial period the successful applicant will be signed up for a Modern Apprenticeship and attend day release at West Lothian College and work towards obtaining SVQ Level 3 in Welding and Fabrication.

Wages will depend on age, experience and if you can drive.

Job requirements

Pervious experience is not necessary
Full UK driving license is preferred but not essential
Manual handling; applicants must be fit and able
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 40 per week, Mon - Thurs

'River' at East Calder Cemetery by the brilliant Svetlana Kondakova.

We fabricated and helped install the steel element of the sculpture to the artist's design.
