Today is the day! We ride together North team are getting ready to set off on their epic 121 mile adventure!

If you’re in the following area why don’t you join them on route to either cheer on or bring your own Tomcat for a ride together!

Day 1 (today!) Kendal leisure centre > Staveley > Windermere > Keswick > Penrith leisure centre > Carlisle

Day 2 (15th July) Carlisle > Hexham leisure centre > Northumberland Council new Tyne cycle path > Millennium Bridge, Newcastle (finish)

Something brilliant is opening in Mayo tomorrow.

Variety Ireland are launching their new Mayo Cycling Inclusion Centre of Excellence at Manulla FC, and we're proud that Tomcat trikes are part of it!

You might spot our Skool Cat trikes in the pictures. There's a good reason they're here. The Skool Cat is built for exactly this kind of setting. It's designed to suit riders across a wide range of abilities, which makes it a natural fit for an inclusive centre like this, where every session might bring someone new, with different needs and different starting points.

The centre offers free supervised access to a wide range of adapted cycling equipment, all within a permanently designed inclusive course where people of all abilities can ride safely and confidently together.

This is what inclusive cycling should look like.

A huge well done to Variety - the Children's Charity of Ireland, Mayo Autism Camp, and everyone who made this happen.

Moments like these are why we build what we build.

Jason at Fast Aid Medical and Mobility has been on the road across Scotland, delivering and setting up Tomcat Trikes for families and local services, from the driveway pictured here, to a workshop full of trikes ready for their next rider.

Every trike is fitted and adjusted on the day, so when a child gets on for the first time, it's already built around them. That's the part that doesn't show up in a photo, but it's the reason that first pedal feels so easy.
