Aluminium & Stainless Steel Repair Service

Recently a customer came to us wanting a repair on his Hilux tipper due to damage to the tail gate, and some welding on a ladder that had cracked.

We cut out the damaged section, cut a piece of Aluminium board to fit, welded it in and ground it back to a uniform finish.

We also offer an alloy wheel repair service! A cost effective way of saving a damaged wheel and keeping your pride and joy on the road.

- Lower EGT’s with a bigger diameter down pipe

Custom Defender 110 County Exhaust (Hard Mounted, tear drop, side exit)

An exhaust that stands out from the crowd, whilst keeping it stylish and out of harms way

Recently we had a customer come to us wanting something a bit different for an exhaust on his 110 county, with a few concerns at potential issues.

🔴 Exhaust rattling on the panel

🟢The exhaust has been made with an additional flexy on the rear section and then hard mounted to the chassis/body

🔴 Off road clearance

🟢 To deal with this we have routed the side exit to come out of the panel behind the second row doors, this combined with routing the exhaust entirely above the chassis keeps it well out of harms way and allows for the use of underbody protection

🔴 Customer was concerned about excessive noise but wanted to keep the TD5 sounding good

🟢 To resolve this we added a silencer which retained the usual TD5 tone but kept the volume at a reasonable level
