We've been manufacturing iron castings from our site in Brixham since 1948, with roots that can be traced back even further. From pumps and compressors to rotary valves and diverter components, we’ve spent generations making products other industries rely on.

Now, this is an exciting update...

We’ve recently invested in a Bobcat Company S100 to support our sand reclamation process across the facilities.

After regularly hiring equipment when needed, bringing this in-house will help improve efficiency, reduce downtime and make our day-to-day operations that little bit smoother. 🙌

There's still work to do after the pour!

Our 7-tonne-per-hour knock-out system efficiently removes sand from the castings, while our 8ft and 6ft shotblast machines help clean and prepare the surface. Then, across our five dedicated fettling bays, the castings are finished using a range of specialist equipment.

Another part of the process we handle in-house at Northfield Foundry. 🔥
