This JCB Fastrac wouldn’t start due to a flat battery. 🔧 The battery was replaced, but it still wasn’t charging. Further checks found corrosion on the alternator, which was rectified. The charging system is now working as it should.

This Cat 308E had an issue with the blade dropping while tracking. 🔧 We tested and bypassed the rotary coupling, which confirmed the seals were bypassing internally. Fault identified.

This machine was losing track tension. 🔧 Diagnosis confirmed a leaking track idler tensioner seal. Tensioner removed, new seals fitted and refitted. Machine is now back to work.
