𝗢𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗹𝗱, 𝗶𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘄! 🛠️📦

We recently tackled a major replacement project at a busy commercial gym where the existing waste management system (floor mounted foul lifting station) had completely failed.

Our diagnostic team found a system that hadn't been serviced or maintained in years. The pumps were seized, fasteners were heavily corroded, and the automatic controls were entirely non-functional. To make matters worse, inconsistent incoming power supply had likely accelerated the system's demise.

Leaving a high-traffic commercial gym without working facilities wasn't an option.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Rather than attempting temporary fixes on a system beyond repair, we specified a completely new, heavy-duty lifting station featuring dual macerator pumps—perfect for handling high-volume commercial waste from sinks, showers, and appliances.

Our engineers teamed up with a tanker to clear the site, strip out the redundant package plant, and modify the existing pipework to seamlessly integrate the new system.

Within a tight timeframe, the team:

Removed the old, corroded lifting station setup and failed wiring and control panel.

Positioned and installed the new package pump station.

Fitted new 110mm inlet & outlet pipework & vent, and braced discharge pipework.

Mounted and connected a brand-new control panel and alarm system.

Fully tested the system to ensure maximum operational efficiency.

The site was left spotless, and the gym’s facilities are back up and running reliably.

We recently helped a homeowner at the very end of a mains supply where water pressure had dropped to the point that daily routines were being dictated by demand on the street. Early mornings just to get a decent shower had become the norm.
