Another quality project complete ⚒️✅

This roof was installed using Sandtoft 2020 concrete plain tiles, providing a traditional appearance with long-lasting durability. The roof build up includes Breathable Air membrane, tantalised battens, eaves support trays and a mechanically fixed dry ridge system with matching ridge tiles.
As part of the project, new roof windows were also installed, bringing natural light to the property ✨

Completed roof-light installation ⚒️✨

We stripped back the existing roof covering, installed new C24 structural timbers, and formed a new opening to accommodate a 1200mm x 900mm Velux flat roof window.
The roof was reinstated with new OSB boarding and a single-ply membrane, and the window fully weatherproofed.

Project completion ✨🏡✅

We’re pleased to have successfully completed this roofing project.
Works included installing eaves support trays along the rear elevation, fitting new breathable air membrane, treated batten and forming a new lead valley to the front elevation.
We installed new hip trays with a mechanically fixed dry hip & ridge system, felt and battened the connecting roof pitch, and completed the flat roof with a single-ply membrane system.
