Just looking back through some pictures and came across these....people have commented about how you didn't need pullers back in the day...but when you come across one that tears half the head out with it and bends the camshafts it makes you realise how stuck some injectors can become.

Might look a bit rough and ready but heavy duty and only took a short time to make.
