We’ve decided to go for a brand-new Bole machine which we’re sure will serve us just as well for many years to come.

AAV is expanding!

We’re looking for a full-time production operative at our Bridport factory.

Main duties include:

• Operating machinery
• Sub-assembly and packaging
• Quality assurance

Shift pattern:

• Monday to Thursday
• 07:00-17:15

Applicants should be in good health as this can be a physically demanding role.

Salary to be discussed at interview.

AAV Plastics are at Southern Manufacturing & Electronics!

We’re at Southern Manufacturing this week and look forward to catching up with our customers and partners, as well as making new contacts across the industry.

Find us on stand K35 from Tuesday 3rd February to Thursday 5th February at Farnborough International Exhibition Centre.

The show is a great opportunity to discuss projects at any stage, including early design, cost-effective tooling strategies and production moulding.

Christmas Shutdown Notice

This November, the AAV Plastics team proudly took part in Movember, showcasing the good, the great, and the not-so-great facial hair all in support of men’s health!

A huge thank you to everyone who visited us at the Engineering Design Show 2025 at the Coventry Building Society Arena. It was a fantastic two days on stand E31, connecting with designers, engineers, and innovators from across the UK and beyond.
