We recently installed a free standing gantry system incorporating two hoist units in the x-ray room of a specialist engineering company to enable the safe and precise handling of heavy components during inspection processes. This setup reduces the need for manual handling, minimises the risk of injury, and ensures that components can be correctly positioned within the x-ray field for effective radiographic testing. The installation was carried out in accordance with relevant safety and lifting regulations, with careful consideration given to load capacity, structural integrity, and the controlled environment required for x-ray operations. Great work team!

Our customer needed two systems urgently. As a result, our team pulled out all the stops to turn this around in a few days to meet their deadline. Two bespoke control panels complete with inverter drive and radio control systems. These were designed to work alongside the Misia chain hoists that the customer had purchased. Great work team! 👍👩‍🔧🪛⛓️⚙️
