This unit is 3 years old, the burner deposits removed show just how they can get clogged up with all the diesel additives we put in our tanks.
Get your heater serviced before the deposits lead to burner failure.

Some may say if it isn't broke don't fix it.
This TTC was running but the owner sensibly chose to get it serviced.
We found the following:
2 of the upper mounting bolts that hold the burner in place had corroded through and broken. Causing a fire risk by leaking hot air, it had been running rich for a long time, before and after pictures shown.
We got them back up and running knowing there's now no risk of fire and the unit burning fuel efficiently.

ThermoTop C repaired on the our customers flagged us down to carry out a repair. A Circ. Pump was required to get the unit back to being a Happy Heater.
Followed by a CO2 adjustment to keep the unit burning as efficiently as possible.
For this interested we changed the CAF running speed from 98% to 93% during full load, also saving on leccy usage.
