It's no secret that therapists are exposed to a lot of secondary trauma day-to-day, that can be transferred from patient to therapist during sessions.

It's important that we constantly remind ourselves that to care for others we must care for ourselves as well, especially when the way we feel can affect the work we do and the quality of support we provide to our patients.

A hot topic within therapy right now is how online therapy may become part of our day-to-day lives.

It’s been fantastic to see EMDR being discussed widely across the media recently following Prince Harry’s appearance in the new Apple TV series ‘The Me You Can’t See’, where he shared his experiences and footage of online EMDR therapy.
