Hydrus Group is seeking a Temporary Administration Assistant to provide essential support to our busy Projects and Procurement teams during a maternity cover period. This role is ideal for someone highly organised, detail-focused, and confident handling multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Day-to-day administrative support across project & procurement functions
• Document control, purchase order processing, & supplier communications
• Maintain accurate records & help ensure smooth workflow across departments
• Support internal teams with general office tasks & coordination duties

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong administrative skills with previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent attention to detail & the ability to manage competing priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & confident working with internal systems
• A flexible, team-oriented approach & a proactive attitude

Hydrus Group has completed the manufacture, assembly and FAT testing of three SAM (UTAMB Mounted) units for our client.

This project brought together our in-house machining, fabrication and Test and Assembly teams to deliver a fully verified solution, ready for deployment.

Hydrus Group is currently manufacturing a range of certified lifting caps designed for recovering subsea XTs (13⅝” and 18¾”) from the seabed and handling them safely onshore.

Working with Astrimar Ltd as our design partner, these lift caps are engineered to interface with multiple XT profiles, remain fully compliant with lifting regulations, and stay preserved so they can be deployed quickly for time-sensitive work scopes.

Once complete, the units will provide a versatile, ready-to-mobilise lifting solution that reduces the need for multiple bespoke tools and supports both planned and reactive operations.
