This customer wanted a new bathroom towel rail — one that didn’t leak and, more importantly, was actually wide enough to fit a towel on! 😂

So, we discussed the options. The customer didn’t want any new holes in the walls or tiles cut to move the pipework…

So we took on the challenge! 💪🏼

And BOOM 💥 — a brand-new, wider towel radiator installed, with just a little alteration to the pipework.

Another elderly customer today had previously had a different engineer out several times and had spent over £300, but was still having issues with the toilet sticking.

So we attended, replaced the fill valve and tested everything to make sure it was working properly. We were even treated to a lovely cuppa and a biscuit afterwards. ☕️🍪

It really got me thinking… if my nan had been on a pension and had to spend that much money just to get something fixed, it could have really affected her. Then I started thinking about my boys and the things I want to teach them — that sometimes doing the right thing and helping som

So, in just a week, we’ve had another opportunity to bring a little sunshine to a lovely lady. ☀️

We didn’t charge her, and honestly, I just hope that little bit of kindness spreads a little further. ❤️

Because you never really know what someone is going through, and if we can make life a little easier for someone, why wouldn’t we? xx

Sunday Funday means one thing… tag-team heaven! 😂

One of the lads gets started on the job while I head off to a very important 6th birthday with the boys! 🎂💙

Then it’s a quick drop of Rock ’n’ Roll back to work to give the lad a hand for the rest of the afternoon. 💪🏼

Today’s job was swapping one Worcester for another — this time a Worcester 4000, exactly what the customer was adamant they wanted, complete with a MagnaClean and 7-year warranty.

All fitted, tested and signed off — and, most importantly, the customer can finally say goodbye to the trusty leak-catching bowl hiding underneath the boiler! 😂

🚨 24-HOUR TURNAROUND 🚨

We really do care about our customers. ❤️

One of our team members dropped everything to make sure this customer wasn’t left with a dangerous boiler.

So, out went the old boiler and in went a brand-new Alpha system, complete with a 10-year warranty, annual service included, and a filter fitted to help protect the new system.

I called this evening to make sure the customer was happy, rechecked the radiators and re-bled them to make sure everything was working as it should.

The result? 🔥

Hot, hot water. Lovely warm heating. And, most importantly, a customer who is now safe.

That’s what matters to us — not just fitting a boiler, but making sure our customers are warm, happy and safe. ❤️🔧

Happy Friday, lovely people! 👋

This boiler had a common fault — a leaking sump and flue manifold. So, what did we do? 🤔

We replaced the faulty components, carried out all the necessary checks, and thoroughly tested the boiler to make sure everything was working safely.

The boiler is now safe, working as it should, and the customer can head into winter with complete peace of mind. 🔥❄️

This is exactly why regular boiler servicing is a must! It helps identify common faults early, keeps your boiler running safely and efficiently, and can prevent bigger problems down the line.

Sunny Day Alert 🌻🌞🌄

Called out today to help an elderly customer whose kitchen sink was smelling and draining really slowly.

After checking the pipes, we found they were absolutely packed solid with years of built-up grease and grime! 🤢 So we took everything apart, gave the pipes a proper clean, cleared the blockage and put it all back together.

The result? No more nasty smell and the water flowing freely again! 🚰🙌

With Malakai starting school today 🎒📚, I decided I wanted to do something nice and give one lucky customer a freebie — and today, it was this lovely lady. ❤️

Life is good. We’re happy, we’re grateful, and it feels bloody good to be kind. Sometimes you don’t need a reason to do something nice for someone. 🌻❤️

We attended this 18-year-old Baxi Duo-tec following an E133 fault code. On inspection, we found that the boiler hadn’t had a service for a very long time.

We carried out a full strip-down, thorough clean and complete service, followed by comprehensive testing to make sure everything was operating correctly.

✅ Full strip & clean
✅ Thoroughly tested
✅ E133 fault resolved
✅ Boiler back up and running
