When the programme moves, our team moves with it ⚡

One of our current projects was brought forward by a week. The customer needed a 630A supply for their new press installed within 2 days, as the manufacturer was coming to commission it earlier than planned.

No drama. Our team pulled all the cables, connected everything up and installed the panel boards, and got it done on time.

Huge shout-out to everyone on site who made it happen. This is what we mean when we say we’re lucky to have the team we’ve got here at ETUK. 👏

We're pleased to share that Electrical Testing UK & Installations has successfully passed our recent Health & Safety audit!

Last week, we welcomed Simon from The HR Branch to review our procedures and ensure we're maintaining high standards across the business.

With our engineers working across a variety of commercial and industrial environments, Health & Safety is a top priority at ETUK. It's not just about compliance, it's about protecting our team, our clients and everyone on site.

⚡ PROJECT UPDATE

Progress continuing on site with conduit and in-screed trunking now going in, ready for the floor to be screeded and everything prepared for first fix.

A lot of the work at this stage will eventually be completely hidden, but getting this part right is key to what comes next.

Great work from Will and Jay getting everything into place and keeping the project moving 👏⚡

Damaged underground cable ⚡

We were recently contacted by a customer after an underground cable was damaged by a digger on site.

Our team attended to assess the damage and found that the existing cable had been installed too shallow, leaving it vulnerable during excavation works.

We’re now carrying out the necessary works to install the cable at a greater depth, providing better protection and helping to prevent the same issue from happening again.

Finding the problem, putting it right and making sure the solution lasts. ⚡

A very special visit today 🚁💛

After raising £1,310 for Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance through our Snowdon challenge, Kacey, Earl and Jake Buss were invited to visit their HQ. It was only right that Jake went along, as the whole challenge was his idea in the first place! 🙌

We learnt so much about how the charity operates and the incredible work the crew do every day. The most moving part was hearing from a man who was rescued by the air ambulance himself. Listening to him share his story really brought home just how vital this service is to our local community.

It's left us more motivated than ever to keep fundraising and support causes like this in the future.

A huge thank you to the team for having us, and to everyone who donated to our Snowdon challenge. 💛
