Something a little different. Customer’s BODOR C3 cutting head in for a full refurbishment following cut quality issues.
We stripped the head down and carried out a thorough overhaul, including:
✅ All internal optics replaced
✅ Full internal head clean
✅ Inspection of components and optical surfaces
✅ Reassembled and checked ready to return to service
A worn or contaminated optical system can have a big impact on cut quality, so sometimes a proper refurbishment is the best way to get the cutting head back performing as it should.
