About Us
Motor Factors Scotland Ltd is a fast-paced and growing automotive parts supplier, dedicated to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. We are looking for a motivated and reliable Parts Advisor to join our team and play a key role in our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Handling telephone and online enquiries from customers in a professional and efficient manner

Identifying and sourcing the correct vehicle parts

Processing orders and invoicing accurately

Playing an integral role within the operational team

Booking in stock, replenishing shelves, and reordering stock as required

Coordinating delivery drivers to ensure timely dispatch of goods

About You

Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Strong organisational and communication skills

A proactive and positive attitude

Working knowledge of vehicles and parts is highly advantageous

20-30 years ago the number of parts required to be stocked was minimal. But now In an industry where the smallest changes by the manufacturers requires a completely different part, we have to do our best to keep our inventory updated and fit for the car park we serve.

Customer was looking into a starter/charger unit for his electrical work. Had a look through our Sealey Tools catalogue and found this one.

He priced around and had a look on eBay, and got it from us for a fraction of the price.
