đź’— Afternoon Tea for Breast Cancer Now! đź’—

On Thursday 6th August 2026, we enjoyed a wonderful afternoon at S and A Engineering as we came together to raise money for Breast Cancer Now.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our employees, we raised an amazing ÂŁ110.00 on the day!

We’d also like to say a huge and heartfelt thank you to Bella’s Bakes for their incredible kindness in donating a delicious luxury afternoon tea platter for everyone to enjoy.
This takes our fundraising total for the charity to £215.00, and we’re delighted to say that S and A Engineering will be doubling the contribution, bringing our grand total to a whopping £430.00!

It was a truly joyous afternoon, with everyone getting involved in our quiz, bingo, sweepstakes and pin the pot on the teacup!

A massive thank you to everyone who donated, took part, and helped make the afternoon such a success. Your generosity and support will help make a real difference to those affected by breast cancer.

Today marks an impressive milestone—10 years for Matthew Turner our Workshop Team Leader.

A whole decade of keeping things running in our Workshop, solving problems before most of us even realise they exist, and somehow making the impossible look routine.

From hands-on engineering expertise to leading the team through countless projects, Matthew has been a huge part of what makes our workshop tick

10 years and still going strong. Not sure what’s more impressive—the technical skill or the patience!
