🔥 Transformation Tuesdays! 🔥

From an old, unsafe decking area to a stunning new space overlooking the river 🌊

We ripped out the existing deck and timber structure, replacing it with brand-new joists and posts to create a solid, long-lasting foundation. The original top layer had a huge fall towards the step, so we excavated and re-levelled the area to achieve a clean, seamless finish.

To top it off, we added integrated lighting for that perfect evening atmosphere ✨

🔧 Staircase Upgrade at Bellway Offices – Leeds

Great progress on site at the Bellway Homes offices in Leeds for CBG Balconies.

We’ve removed the existing posts and bar system which didn’t meet current building regulations and are replacing it with our modern glass system with new structural posts and handrail.

This upgrade will provide:
✔️ Full compliance with current building regulations
✔️ A much cleaner, modern look
✔️ Improved safety and durability

We removed the non-compliant system and installed a fully compliant frameless glass balustrade, finished with a sleek stainless-steel handrail.
