New Project Secured!

We're excited to announce that KERS will be supplying Weatherby hot water pumps with CoolBoost for the impressive Downtown Victoria North development!

This ambitious project, designed by Jon Matthews Architects, is transforming a former gasworks site on Rochdale Road into a vibrant residential community featuring two stunning blocks—13 and 11 storeys tall—housing 237 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.

On behalf of GPL Ventilation, we’ll be providing the Weatherby indoor hot water heat pump cylinders along with the CoolBoost to tackle Part O overheating requirements. The CoolBoost system ensures the development remains cool and comfortable, delivering enough cooling to address any overheating challenges on-site.

Construction is well underway, with completion scheduled for late 2025. We’re looking forward to collaborating with the GPL Ventilation team to ensure a seamless installation.

Stay tuned for updates as we help bring this innovative project to life!

**Project Secured**

We are thrilled to announce that KERS has secured the contract to supply hot water heat pumps for United Living Group’s latest project in Manchester’s vibrant Northern Quarter.

United Living Group has been awarded a £75 million contract to construct 261 new residential apartments as part of the 1NQ development.

The two new-build apartment blocks, rising 10 and 12 stories respectively, will feature a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, complete with private gardens, roof terraces, and commercial units on the ground floor.

This project forms part of the ongoing regeneration of the Northern Quarter and is expected to be completed in 2026.

As a local provider, we’re proud to supply our KERS MEV Hot Water Heat Pumps for this exciting development. Our innovative solution combines a heat pump, ventilation system, and renewable hot water cylinder, extracting heat energy from stale air in kitchens and bathrooms and converting it into low-carbon hot water.

This system is designed to reduce energy consumption, cut carbon emissions, and lower utility bills for residents.

We’re excited to see this local project take shape and make a lasting contribution to improving our city.
