📍 Hours:
Full Time – Monday to Friday
8:00am – 5:30pm
Occasional weekends will be required.

We’re looking for a highly competent, safety-focused Atlas 360 Operator to take control of Gloria the Grab in our busy scrapyard. This is a key role for someone who is alert, experienced, and confident working around people, plant, and HGV movements.

✅ Essential Requirements:
• Up-to-date Atlas 360 tickets
• Relevant Health & Safety qualifications
• Proven experience operating in a scrapyard or similar environment
• Strong situational awareness and communication skills

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Ripping and processing vehicles safely and efficiently
• Top-loading scrap metals into HGVs for regular weigh-ins
• Accurate separation of metals
• Maintaining full control of machine movements at all times
• Delegating and directing people working within risk zones
• Ensuring exclusion zones are enforced
• Carrying out daily machine checks
• Reporting defects, hazards, or near misses immediately
