This machine had an intermittent fault in the hydraulic pump, leaving many of its functions running at reduced performance.
Fortunately, I’ve seen this issue before, so I knew exactly where to look and what needed replacing.

The result? The customer was back up and running quickly, with minimal cost and downtime thanks to experience and proper repair.

Wheels and tyres aren’t usually my thing, but when this one stopped the machine from earning, I wasn’t about to let it sit still.

Puncture repaired, bead resealed, and wheel refitted. It had been on there a long time and didn’t come off without a fight… but it didn’t stop me either 😎

I had a call for this dumper with a burst brake pipe which needed sorting fast.
New pipe made, fitted, and bled, all done within a couple of hours of reporting, so the customer could get straight back to work. I've done loads of these, which always fail in the same place due to being routed where the dirt lies. Not anymore, I routed this one up a touch so this doesn't happen again.
