Reliable machinery, comes from quality maintenance.

I do a lot of 'back from the dead' work.
Have you got a machine you think is too far gone?

Been sat for a long time? Not a problem for me!
Engine not starting? No worries.
Hydraulics not holding, leaking, noisy? Okay, I'll sort it.
Transmission problems, I can sort that.
Rodents chewed all your wiring? I can make a new wiring loom for you
Ecu been damaged by water or just not working? I can design make them too!

Any machine, any problem, give me a call and I will welcome the challenge and enjoy keeping the older stuff going!

It won't cost you a penny for me to come by and take a look for you.
Give us a call on 07878856510 and see what I can do for you.

I designed, built, and installed this custom burner controller, transforming an unreliable system into one that runs consistently, efficiently and safely.
If you’ve got a control problem you can’t solve, call me. I’ll build the solution.

I helped out Nick at to get his 3 phase lathe up and running on this single to 3 phase converter. Even managed to keep the original switches working! Got something that needs work and you're not sure who can help out? Give me a call and I'll either get it sorted, or tell you who can 👍

This machine had an intermittent fault in the hydraulic pump, leaving many of its functions running at reduced performance.
Fortunately, I’ve seen this issue before, so I knew exactly where to look and what needed replacing.

The result? The customer was back up and running quickly, with minimal cost and downtime thanks to experience and proper repair.

If you’ve got a machine that needs to be back in action fast, give me a call and I'll do my best to make it happen.

Wheels and tyres aren’t usually my thing, but when this one stopped the machine from earning, I wasn’t about to let it sit still.

Puncture repaired, bead resealed, and wheel refitted. It had been on there a long time and didn’t come off without a fight… but it didn’t stop me either 😎

No matter how your machine’s failed, give me a call. I’ll always do my best to get you moving again.

I had a call for this dumper with a burst brake pipe which needed sorting fast.
New pipe made, fitted, and bled, all done within a couple of hours of reporting, so the customer could get straight back to work. I've done loads of these, which always fail in the same place due to being routed where the dirt lies. Not anymore, I routed this one up a touch so this doesn't happen again.

Think your machine’s past saving? Think again.

This remote trench rammer came in rough, badly worn and even written off by some. Instead of ordering expensive dealer parts, we explored all options then got creative: fabricating and repairing specialist tools, reworking used components, and machining new ones where needed.

The result? A reliable, hard-working machine brought back to life, for a fraction of the dealer price.

If you’d like your equipment repaired properly, not just replaced, give us a call on 07878 856510 👍

This exhaust had rusted and broken off from years of use on a tracked dumper. A new pipe fabricated with help from saw this customer up and running with minimal downtime and a higher quality product than OEM.
Give us a call for high quality, quick turnaround work to keep your machines moving better, for longer.

I had a slow tracking on one side fault reported by one of my customers the other day.

I diagnosed the fault as the lever not reaching full travel due to wear in the rockers, on the pivot shaft, and on the contact points to the valves.

The main dealer has, of course, discontinued the parts required to repair this item and asked for £3000+ for the complete valve with extended lead time.

I stripped the rockers off and had the machinists bore rockers up to accept a bush and make new contact points. All new bushes and pins fitted, and it's like new.

The customer saved thousands on this repair.

If you've got a job that needs a bit more than 'just a new part', then give me a call, and I'll keep you moving, for often, a fraction of the cost.
