The foundry operates two 3 tonne induction furnaces capable of melting 24 tonnes of iron per day in order to meet demand. The main grades that we operate to are Cast Iron Gra

de 200, 220 and 250, Ductile Iron Grade 420/10, 500/7 and 400/18 in addition to being able to make castings from aluminium and bronze. Our 3 individual moulding spheres mean that we are able to simultaneously service a number of industry sectors to the highest standards. We offer traditional greensand moulding, a medium-high volume airset plant and a specialist section for heavy casting services. This means we are extremely versatile and can cater to any requirement
