Job Title: Maintenance Service Engineer Location: Blairgowrie

Working in a successful group of companies your time will be spent between our renewable equipment (Biomass and CHPs), our hotel and property divisions.
Job role:
We are looking for a Maintenance Service Engineer to work within our Maintenance Team to carry out service and repair of a range of equipment and premises. The nature of the work involves a fluctuating workload and a flexible approach finishing times to get jobs completed. Some weekend work will be required and also cover for call outs.
Duties:
· To liaise with the Maintenance Manager to maintain equipment and premises as required.
· Ensure adherence to health and safety policies and company procedures.
· Accurate submission of paperwork and maintenance logs.
· Participation in training as required including technical equipment training & Health and Safety
· Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve maintenance services and working practices
· Escalate technical queries to line manager
· Adhere to and comply with company policies and procedures
· Take responsible care for all company property including vehicles
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to deal with customers and colleagues in a professional manner
· Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
· Can-do logical approach demonstrated
· Valid driving licence (tele handler preferred but not essential as training will be given).
· Relevant technical experience / mechanical and electrical knowledge
· Technical competence across a range of tool and equipment
· Flexible approach to changing workloads
