Another project completed last week by the team at Joe Clarke Fabrications for Crown Oil.

We were brought in to revamp a tired bin store and air conditioning enclosure, along with the design, fabrication, and installation of a brand new fire escape staircase.

Using galvanised steel and onyx composite boards, we’ve delivered a clean, modern finish that’s built to last — improving both the appearance and functionality of the space.

Another huge upgrade to Joe Clarke Fabrications.

The HST Morgan Rushworth 125 Ironworker.

Capable of doing a variety of things such as:

🔵Punching holes upto 38mm into 30mm steel.
🔵Notching all angles.
🔵Shearing solid round bar (55mm) or solid square bar (50mm) with ease.
🔵Shearing 300mmx25mm flat.
🔵Shearing angle iron and T-section upto 20mm thick.

It's been a while... so I thought I'd upload a recent job we completed!
The client wanted a hidden wine cellor that requires no manual lifting whatsoever and this was the finished result!

Everything was designed and fabricated in house including the spiral staircase with individual compartments for all their wine.

🔹️Installed in Darwin for a client that wanted to extend down onto his garden.

A huge realisation has hit me today whilst being back downunder...

10 years ago today I set of to Australia not knowing how much that one way flight would change my life.

A serious amount of hard work later, i bought my own welding rigs back in the UK and set up in my parents garden shed!
The years to follow got me working for two company's fabricating and even teaching lvl 2 & 3 welding and fabrication at prestons college.

Three years ago, I took the leap and went full time along with and couldn't be happier.

Thanks to everyone for the continued support!

A new addition to Joe Clarke Fabrications.

Edward peason truecut guillotine with the capabilities of cutting 6.5mm mild steel over 3 meters.

Only a couple more main components till we are there but this is another huge milestone for the firm!

Picked up and put into place by the best in blackburn.

A bit of a change to the usual...
We were approached to design, fabricate and do the wood work for the young chef of the year awards 2024!

🔵Oak stands with a beveled edge

After being let down by the previous company, we stepped up and got the job done within a weeks notice!
