New Village Shop coming soon Designed for Social Gatherings, Wedding Receptions, Educational Courses, Weekly Meetings, Children's Activities, Private Parties and Village Activities as well as as a Conference Centre. The main hall provides seating for up to 150 people and costs £15 per

hour for non-residents and £12 for residents to book. The conference room provides seating for up to 30 people and costs £12 per hour for non-residents and £10 per hour for residents to book. Full use of the kitchen costs £10 per hour for non-residents and £8 per hour for residents. Preparation of cold buffets - £10 per session - includes dishwasher, hot water and kettle only
Light use of the kitchen costs £5 per session - tea and coffee making only
The entire centre can be booked for £300 per day. with access on the days before and after the event for setting up and clearing up - £350
with access for the whole day before and til 12 noon the day after the event - £400
A deposit of £100 will be required, repayable if the Centre is left clean and tidy and equipment properly put away. The hire of the Village Centre is entirely at the discretion of the Management Committee who reserve the right to refuse requests. The minimum age for hiring the Centre is 21.

Our Tuesday evening Zumba class at Bishops Frome Village Centre is a fantastic group of friendly, welcoming people, but we’d love a few new faces to join us.

If you’ve ever thought about trying Zumba, this is such a lovely class to start with. There’s no pressure to get everything right, no judgement and absolutely no dance experience needed. We simply turn up, move, laugh, exercise and have a great time together.

The AGM last night produced a full complement of 12 trustees on the BFVC management committee, which will be chaired by Malcolm Penny. Welcome to all the new members and many thanks to all those who came along, took an interest and volunteered. Huge thanks of course to retiring members Treasurer David Veale and Chair Jeanie Falconer each of whom had done sterling service on the committee for about 10 years. Full information will be available on our website in due course.
