No need for third-party suppliers!

Our mechanical assembly service means customers can have their components supplied as finished assemblies, ready for market rather than arriving as a box of separate parts.

With CNC turning, stockholding and assembly all under one roof, it means fewer suppliers to deal with, less moving parts and one less job for our customers to worry about.

The machines are up and running, the team are getting through the morning’s workload and orders are already being prepared for the next stage.

With CNC machining, positive stockholding, assembly and inspection all operating from our 30,000 sq ft facility, we can keep production moving through while maintaining control over quality, scheduling and customer requirements.

This isn’t just any machining setup... it’s our CNC fixed head turning setup.

With 8 fixed head machines in our factory, we can run large batch orders side by side, maintaining tight tolerances while keeping turnaround times short on subcontract work.

And our largest machines can handle parts up to 65mm diameter from bar and 250mm diameter from billets!

We also hold positive stock for replacement parts at no extra charge, helping keep repeat orders moving when you need them.

Meet our MicroSprint 26 - it’s been part of the workshop for years and, despite its age, it’s still well suited to straightforward repeat turning work.

Having the MicroSprint available means we can keep simpler turning work on the right machine, while leaving our multi-axis machines free for components that need their extra capabilities.
