riety of vacuum formings and assemblies in ABS, Polypropylene, Polycarbonate, and HDPE. Additionally, we make a range of polyurethane parts from rigid, self skinning and cold cure foam systems. And we now produce super-lightweight composites. Using expanded cardboard honeycomb, we offer lamination using traditional fibre-glass and have recently developed this to utilise sustainable and environmentally friendly alternatives such as flax and Basalt. We have developed the technology further to produce 3-Dimensional parts which greatly reduce component weight, replacing traditional S-Rim products.
