EP3 Civic Type R came in for some rust repair, maintenance work. It's had some previous work done on it but for some reason they never attended to this part, I wonder why... this part is pretty awkward to tackle given it's right next to the wing and structural jacking point. Needless to say, rebuilt the support tower inside the sill, redid the inner & outer sill, solid now, can lift the whole car up from this side again.

I have a few EA113 turbo outlet pipes ready now, £85

What is it?

2.0 TFSI EA113 K03/K04 turbo outlet pipe that's been modified to remove the push clip/bayonet fitting and replaced with a welded straight 2.5" / 63mm piece of pipe with the end beaded usually around 2.25"~2.75" in length (varies). This is intended to mate onto the stock intercooler, an aftermarket stock location intercooler, and the popular aftermarket larger Welly Cooler (600x300x76mm) setups using a silicone hose (size and angle vary on your intercooler setup, you may need to trim the hose or use a different one), thus eliminating the common-to-fail and leak bayonet fitting. The pipe is cleaned using a parts washer and isopropyl alcohol before fabrication and then brushed after completion.

We can make the straight length any specific size if required; you can message us with your specific size and add a 'note' when purchasing. These are made in-house by MoFab Developments.

What cars does it fit?

These fit the Mk5 Golf GTI 1K 2.0 TFSI EA113 platform-based cars such as the Mk2 Leon FR, Mk2 Leon Cupra 1P, Mk2 Leon Cupra R, Mk2 Leon Cupra K1, Mk2 Skoda Octavia VRS 1Z and the Mk2 Audi S3 8P

Both K03 and K04 turbos share the same metal pipe; only the hose at the top is different. All you need to do is remove your specific silicone hose from the top part. K03 based car uses a black factory hose, and K04 based car uses a red factory hose, which are attached using compression jubilee fittings, so you have to carefully cut them off using a Dremel/Grinder and then reuse the hose on this modified pipe with a traditional jubilee clip.

Yes, we also offer a fitting service based in the West Midlands. B11 (outside of ULEZ) on a booking basis.

Can you modify my existing pipe?

Yes, if you bring your pipe to our unit and we can modify your pipe for a fixed fee, ETA 1.5 hrs.

Audi A3 S-Line 2.0 TFSI early Gen 1 MQB came in for a Stage 1 package consisting of a Downpipe decat, back box delete, custom 3" intake and a Remap. These cars respond really well to a stage 1 Remap combined with these breathing mods.

Customer bought in a self built Skoda Fabia VRS 1.9Tdi drag car and wanted me to make custom 2.5" alu hard boost pipes for his single pass intercooler requirements. While I was there i fabricated an alu intake pipe to replace a stainless steel section. Ready to be sent off to his tuner of choice.

Yet another CTS Pipe in for a bayonet delete, I'm not sure why they never did this to begin with considering it's meant to be an 'upgrade' instead they chose to use a prone to leak fitting. All done ready to mate up to an aftermarket intercooler setup.
